Emotional, honest indie pop about coming of age, in which the Australian artist comes to terms with his difficult childhood as a queer person. He delivers his rebellious lyrics with a powerful yet tender voice that rises above a massive wall of pop production. Live, ELI’s songs take on yet another dimension thanks to his piano accompaniment.
